1. The XtremeErotika 14-Day Guarantee
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your tracking link confirms delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange under this guarantee, the item must be in perfect, sellable condition.
This means the product must be:

Completely Unopened: The outer cardboard box and any protective plastic wrapping (cellophane) must be intact.

Sealed: The primary security seal (e.g., the tamper-evident ring on the XXTREME Drops or MAXXXIZE Capsules bottle, or the foil seal on the GIRTHMAXXX Cream tube) must be unbroken.

In Original Packaging: All labels, boxes, and leaflets must be present.
We are strictly prohibited by law from accepting returns on any product where the inner seal has been broken, tampered with, or where the product has been used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Any product that has been opened. (e.g., a twist cap removed, a foil seal peeled).

Why this policy exists: We deal in health and wellness supplements and topical applications. For safety reasons, we cannot resell any product that has left our controlled chain of custody and had its barrier breached.
3. Damages and Issues
We inspect all orders for quality before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To resolve the issue quickly:
- Do not open or use the damaged item.
- Take clear photographs of the damage, including the original packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for an unopened and sealed product, please follow these steps:
